RECIPE FOR ZOBO (ROSELLE OR HIBISCUS) DRINK AND ITS HEALTH BENEFITS

The nutrients and good essence contained in Zobo drink, prevent and or cure some illnesses below;

a. High Blood Pressure, Constipation, Diabetes and Constipation

HOW TO PREPARE ZOBO DRINK



THINGS YOU'LL NEED

1.  Zobo leaves
2.  Ginger
3.  Sweetener/sugar
4.  Fresh pineapples

(If you're making this drink for the first time, please use all ingredients in small quantity especially the ginger and sweetener)

PROCESS

Rinse off the zobo leaves properly (you might want to do that very fast so as not to loose too much of its nutrients and color)

Wash, peel and blend fresh pineapple, then extract the juice.

Wash and grate the ginger.

Put half pot of water on the stove, when the water start boiling turn your zobo leaves into the boiling water. Add your grated ginger.
Allow to boil for about ten minutes. Turn off the stove. When the zobo drink has cooled down, add the pineapple juice and sweetener/sugar.
Turn contents into a jugor bottle then refrigerate. Serve chilled.
