Blend ginger with little amount of water, extract the juice. Pour the extracted ginger juice into the warm water. Next divide the lemon into two, squeeze out the juice then pour into the warm water and ginger after removing all the lemon seeds, then peel out the bark/skin of the lemon and put the roughage into the warm water and ginger. Leave it for about 10 mins.
Next chew one clove of garlic ( if you don't like the taste of garlic you can chop it into very tiny bits then swallow) Drink the warm ginger and lemon juice immediately after chewing the garlic.
